Oluwadare

Oluwadare
The Prestige Line
Olúwádáre (The Crown Is Justified) steps forward in sand and wine—earth and sacrifice woven into regal form. This is an Agbada for the man whose presence is not loud but earned—a figure of quiet power who has endured storms, buried doubt, and emerged rooted, patient, and immovable. The name speaks to ancestral affirmation: “Your royalty is no accident—it was written.”
The embroidery, in deep burgundy, flows like carved mahogany—rich, precise, and deeply etched. Geometric vines spiral upward through angular symbols, each line a quiet affirmation of endurance, of lineage, of pride carried without spectacle. The threadwork is bold in contrast yet solemn in tone—an interplay between dust and blood, past and promise.
The Outer Robe (Awosoke) drapes in a sandy beige, cut to fall to mid-calf with a strong but unforced silhouette. Square shoulders and wide-cut sleeves add structure without stiffness, and the entire garment moves with the composure of someone at peace with his purpose. Paired with a perfectly matched Fila (cap), Olúwádáre is for the man who carries his name like a covenant—measured, principled, and deeply known.

Outer Robe (Awosoke):
Tailored in a structured cotton blend, the awosoke offers a clean architectural profile with calm drape and midweight movement. Square-cut shoulders hold their line for dignity, while the broad sides and flowing hem bring balance to the angular embroidery. The robe lands just below the knee for a grounded but fluid finish.Undervest (Awotele):
The awotele mirrors the sand tone and features a rounded neckline with a tapered placket, drawing the eye to the dense burgundy embroidery. The long sleeves taper gently to the wrist for a polished look, anchoring the otherwise flowing ensemble with quiet control.Trousers (Sokoto):
The sokoto is slim-cut, finishing just above the ankle with a tailored taper. A concealed drawstring and side closure ensure comfort and security. The matching sand color completes the tonal harmony, offering a clean base for the entire set. -
Olúwádáre is constructed from a high-grade cotton blend with a fine plain weave and lightly brushed finish. The sand hue is warm, grounding, and versatile across formal, ceremonial, and spiritual settings. The midweight body gives it durability without compromising breathability or movement.
The embroidery is stitched in dense rayon thread, dyed in a rich burgundy tone that stands boldly against the sand background. The thread's slight matte sheen elevates the geometric detailing without veering into excess, maintaining the piece’s composed energy.
